With over 25 years of experience as a corporate leader and executive, I’ve mentored and coached hundreds of leaders, built authentic relationships and cultivated out of the box thinking to solve business challenges. As a talent leader, I’ve driven high profile, large scale organizational initiatives during rapid change. Led the buildout of a talent strategy and scalable programs to recruit, develop and engage next generation IT leaders of the future. I’ve also partnered with executives to lead the planning and execution of a multi-year vision and strategy as well as the implementation of a massive business integration within six months, using agile techniques to accelerate outcomes. As a business coach and consultant, my passion is helping individuals and companies turn their future vision into reality in months instead of years! Climbing the corporate ladder and working hard is something I learned at an early age and became my framework for success in life. With each reward and promotion, it further validated my climb. However, deep down I always felt this void, like I was missing out on something. It was mid-way through my career that I really started to question my purpose both personally and professionally, testing and learning along the way with each opportunity presented to me. On a quest for answers and to further my personal, professional and spiritual growth, I started investing in myself, working with coaches, mentors, holistic and energy healing practitioners. Once I felt I had exceeded my perceived climb, I started to question what’s next. It was my catalyst for change. I am grateful for the opportunities I was afforded and for one mentor in particular that believed in me and challenged me beyond my limits. It is what prepared and led me to the next chapter of my story. I realized when I finally made space in my life and truly looked inward, I discovered my purpose was there all along. I didn’t have to go far to find it. I was never a big risk taker. However, once I faced my fears, it wasn’t as scary as I made it out to be in my head. I took a leap of faith, leaving my 25+ year career and comfortable lifestyle to pursue my passion – to take my valuable experience in business and in life to help people thrive and excel and turn their future vision into reality. It was a transformational journey, continuing to leave old habits and limiting beliefs behind. Once I got clear on my vision, trusted in the process and took action, I felt empowered!
